It was fairly clean, and I loved perfect staff and location.

Everything was perfect, loved our very lovely stay. The hotel rooms were functional and brand-new with great view as well as a bathroom that had n't been cleaned.

We loved our relaxing staying. Location was prime, room was luxurious and non-smoking. Workers in this place were outstanding, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. Our room was big size and exceptionally clean. Excellent service an attached restaurant onsite.

I liked pleasant staff and location. The area was pretty nice, a good home base for me. Also, hotel's position was not too far from tourist spot like a fully operating winery. The bedroom was actually big. A fantastic stay with a good swimming pool. Plus their wifi was great;)))

Staff is really kind and rooms are neat. Lovely location to ripley's aquarium of the smokies. Visited few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Beautifully designed hotel, spotlessly clean, pleasant staff and the beds were amazing. Satisfactory breakfast, great service. The location was ideal, not very far from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. We loved that there was a GOOD restaurant on site.

Hotel is joyful, rooms are well-stocked, amazing staff. Location is excellent, not too far from Guinness World Records Adventure Museum. Complimentary drinks at Irish bar, good service. Moreover, there is a parking on-site.

The place was really clean and staff were really pleasant, I loved phenomenal location. For guest safety rooms include smoke detectors. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was large. Heated pool to relax in too. I had a such great stay, thank you so much!

we enjoyed staff and location. hotel had super beds. for evening drinks visit tgi fridays, it is located within 5 minutes by foot. great place for a 4-night stay.

the pool was useful during our trip. log cabin pancake house is located within 900 feet from the hotel.

We liked the location and the food and exceptional rates. Within walking distance of the restaurant the park grill. Hotel had a pool.
